This beautiful, sweet girl is Delaney. Her mother, Lisa, is an amazing woman and a wonderful friend. Along with her little brother Davin, Delaney is the joy of her mother's life.
This past weekend, Lisa and her family received the heartbreaking news that Delaney has Leukemia.
